Make a Donation

 

Individuals may support the work of KAM by:

1)  Praying for our ministries

2)  Giving to our college scholarship fund

3)  Supporting the food banks, clothing stores, and outreach ministries of our affiliate ministries in Casey, Garrard and Lincoln counties.  Money or direct gifts of food, personal items, and new clothes are deeply appreciated.  

-- Your gift will be recognized promptly by KAM in addition to an acknowledgement of how your gift was used by our mission affiliate.

4)  Donating to KAM's operational budget with monetary gifts of any size.

-- KAM will acknowledge your gift and send you our yearly report of ministry.

5)  Donating to one of KAM's named Funds listed below:

The Poage Fund - Started January 1, 2000 in honor of Bennett D. Poage who served as the first Kentucky Appalachian Area Minister from 1986 until his retirement in 1999.  This income is used only to support KAM.

The Grandgeorge Fund - Established August 23,2000 with a gift from David and Beck Grandgeorge in memory of Elmer and Mary Grandgeorge.  This income is used only to support KAM.

Northern California-Nevada Scholarship Fund - Established in 1999 as a scholarship program for licensed and bi-vocational ministers to serve in the Kentucky Appalachian Area.

Individuals, regions, or groups are welcome to establish a named fund for a gift of $2,500 or more.  Named funds are published in the Kentucky Christian reaching approximately 15,000 Kentucky Disciples' homes.

Congregations who are members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) support KAM by their gifts to Basic Mission Finance (Disciples Mission Fund).
